Our facility

Founded in 2001 in Rochester, N.Y., Advanced Coating Service, LLC, provides world-class Cathodic Arc deposition services to companies that make or use bits, tools and parts for drilling, cutting, forming, injection molding and similar fabricating processes. We offer you a variety of coatings - both standard and nano-structured composite coatings - including TiN, TiCN, AlTiN, NACO, NACRO and ZrN.

Our capabilities cover a long list of job parameters, but we specialize in fast turnaround of high-quality coating jobs - all supported by exceptional customer service.
