We thoroughly clean coolant holes with steam and wire brushes. Our comprehensive pre-coating process - featuring our high-quality Branson cleaning system - includes:

  • Ultrasonic rinse
  • Atatic deionized final rinse
  • Flash dry
  • Visual inspection

Coating in our Platit π80 unit assures you of the best possible surfaces for your parts. Post-coating processing, testing and inspection assure you of a flawless finished product and minimal failures. We conduct a microscopic digital inspection of each batch. We run a battery of tests that check these critical coating characteristics:
